By visiting the website, subscribing to the newsletter and making a donation, you agree to the Stars for Africa Terms and Conditions, in particular the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Right of Withdrawal.
You accept the terms of use of the displayed content, texts, images and media. In order for your donation to proceed online, confirmation of the terms and conditions is required. Your data will be stored by us with your permission so that your donation and the purpose of the donation can be identified. Please note our information on the use of donations (see FAQ), as well as our privacy policy.

You have the right to revoke your donation up to 4 weeks after the date of the donation excluding any third-party transaction fees (PayPal) incurred by the association as a result of the donation. Please send us an e-mail to legal@starsforafrica.com with your name, address, date of birth, bank details and e-mail address as well as the date of donation and the amount donated. In any case, the data is required in order to be able to clearly assign the donation. Donations will only be refunded to the account from which the donation was originally transferred in order to prevent misuse. After the refund your data will be deleted immediately and completely.
Please note that after a donation confirmation has been issued, it is no longer possible to revoke the donation in order to prevent misuse and to keep the administrative effort in the interest of the donors to a minimum.
